The Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Uche Secondus, has mourned the death of one of Nigeria's foremost technocrats, Gamaliel Offoritsenere Onosode.
He said his party was deeply saddened by the loss of an individual he described as a great Nigerian, a highly respected statesman and organized corporate
administrator who made immense contributions towards the economic and political development of the country.
“Our hearts and thoughts go out to the Onosode family as we pray God to give them the fortitude to bear this great loss,” Metuh quoted Secondus as saying.
Onosode died on Tuesday morning at the age of 82.
The cause of his death was not disclosed.
