Adelani Adepegba, Abuja The leader of the Shi’ite Islamic group in Nigeria, Ibrahim El-zakzaky, has been arraigned at the Chief Magistrate Court 1, Zaria Road, Kaduna and charged with criminal conspiracy and inciting public disturbances.
